Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email from USPS Priority Mail with a Tracking Number.
We have a special section on the website for custom orders. During the Holiday Season, orders must be placed by first week of November to ensure Christmas delivery.
Once you place the order and let us know what you would like, we will begin drawings. We send you two drawings for your approval. Once you approve the proposed design(s), we will begin production. Time varies on design, approval time, etc. Typical turn around time is approximately 2 weeks.
Once you place the order, most in stock items ship out within 1-3 days. We ship USPS Priority Mail from Texas which usually takes 2-3 business days.
During marathon season, our in-stock inventory fluctuates, resulting in longer times to ship out products. If we do not respond to you quickly, it is due to traveling to many marathon expos (we are not ignoring you). Thank you for understanding!
Yes, we use USPS Express Mail which usually ships within a day (but they will not guarantee), stock items vary.

Yes, two mounting screws are provided that are of the same finish as your design.
Our designs are high quality, and the hooks are large enough to hold 3 medals per hook. We also sell add-on bars that can be placed on the wall underneath the first row of hooks you an additional row (or two) of hooks. A ten hook design can hold from 10-30 medals and our five hook design can hold 5-15 medals.
Our designs aren't only used to display your medals, but also, dog leashes, hats, keys, jackets, etc.
Add-on bars hang independently on the wall with two screw holes and comes with two mounting screws. So you can place it on either side of your design or 1” below your design or 4” depending on which placement works best for your space. The 2nd row add-on bars have 9 hooks that are off set so they line up in between your original SportHook design. The 3rd row add-on bars have 10 hooks so it lines back up with your original 10 hook Sport Hook.
